ABSTRACT: Quantum key distribution (QKD) is one of the best-known quantum information technology, which can generate secret key bits between two legitimate parties by employing the quantum laws of physics. Any eavesdropping will change the quantum states transmitted in the channel and be perceived. By combing QKD and the one-time pad encryption, the information-theoretical security (ITS) communication can be achieved.  After more than 30 years of researches, great progresses have been made either in theory and experiment. แล้วที่ตีพิมพ์ไปปีละกว่าเจ็ดหมื่น หรือเกือบหกพันวารสารนั้น ผู้นำโลกฟิสิกส์ก็ยอมรับว่ามีผลงานฉ้อฉล

จีนมีผลงานสูงสุดในโลก ก็ยังยอมรับว่ามีงานวิชาการแปลกปลอมมาก เมื่อเทียบอัตราส่วนกับ 6 หรือ 7 หมื่นนั้นจะเหลือไม่ถึง 1% (ประมาณการ + 70,000 (ของดี): - 700(misconduct)) ก็ยอมรับว่ามีผลกระทบและต้องแก้ไข

... ควรย้อนกลับมาดูของเมืองไทยเองบ้าง แค่ไอทีควอนตัมสาขาเดียว ณ เม.ย. ๕๙ มีร่วม 60 ชิ้น และเป็นการทดลอง (experiment) จำนวนมาก ที่ไม่มีเครื่องมือจริง ... ขณะที่ผลงานจริงมีน้อยแต่ที่สีเทา ๆ กลับพบมาก อัตราส่วนจึงกลับข้างกับของจีน กลายเป็นติดลบหนัก ยอมรับกันไหมว่า ... แย่แล้ว !

Believe it or not ! : ZTE launches world’s first OTN-based quantum encryption transport solution

... ออกข่าวตัวหนังสืออย่างเดียวว่า "Firstly, it implements the shared-fibre transparent transmission of quantum paths and traditional paths on OTN equipment and provides a quantum encryption function when not occupying a new fibre resource. Secondly, it adopts standard quantum key service interfaces to form open quantum telecommunication architecture. Thirdly, it provides the added security value delivered by quantum encryption telecommunication technology without changing the current network service system. This facilitates the construction of commercial sites."

Tip: ข่าวประหลาดนี้บอกได้ว่าจีนเป็นผู้นำโลกแล้ว จึงปล่อยข่าวแบบไม่มีสิ่งใดยืนยันได้ ขณะที่กลุ่มไอทีควอนตัมที่ใหญ่สุดในโลก USTC ของจีนเช่นกัน ให้ความเห็นต่อข่าวนี้ไว้ดีมาก (email ส่วนตัว) "...while I didn't see any technical reports yet. I can make a correct judgement only according to that news,but I think if they really solved the QKD transmission in up-to-date bright-fibers, it should be a nature work. If there is no scientific paper published recently, then it will only an commercial report." ก็เพราะ ควอนตัมไปใช้ร่วมกับเส้นใยนำแสงปกติได้อย่างไรที่ไหนล่ะกับความสามารถของมนุษย์ในปี 2016 นี้ !

... A top Chinese military technology company shocked physicists around the world this week when it announced it had developed a new form of radar able to detect stealth planes 100km away....

 

Tip: ข่าวจาก South China Morning Post ว่าปราการณ์ควอนตัม(แสง)พัวพัน (entanglement) ที่เสมือนนิยายวิทยาศาสตร์ นำมาใส่เทคนิคการจับยานล่องหนได้เกิน 100 กิโลเมตร แต่ ที่น่าสงสัยคือ ๑. entanglement แค่ทดลองในห้องปฏิบัติการระยะใกล้ก็อยู่ได้ไม่นาน ๒.​ทดลองภาคพื้นดินก็ได้ระยะไม่ไกลนักแล้วก็ไม่นานเช่นกัน ๓. ส่วนที่เพิ่งขึ้นดาวเทียมไป ก็แค่ทดลองยังไม่ใกล้ความจริงนัก (Link) แถมด้านอเมริกาก็ทักว่า เหมือนสงครามจิตวิทยาทางการทหาร ไม่ใกล้เคียง (แต่ก็"จับตามอง"ด้วยความไหวหวั่น) แล้ว ๔. จะมาทดลองแบบ ทำไปเคลื่อนที่ไปด้วยความเร็วสูงเครื่องบินล่องหน ... โจทย์ยากขึ้น(มหาศาล)กับงานเรดาห์ได้หรือ เป็นข่าวลวงไหม ?... เมื่อครั้งสงครามเย็นอเมริกาเคยเข็นโครงการ Star war ออกมาขู่รัสเชียเรื่องเลเซอร์สะท้อนดาวเทียมใช้ยิงขีปนาวุธ (ทำไม่ได้แต่ขู่ด้วยข่าวและแอนนิเมชัน) ได้ผลทางการข่าวอยู่บ้าง มาถึงงานไอทีควอนตัมยุคนี้ อเมริกาอาจโดนจีนเล่นข่าวขู่เข้าบ้างแล้วเพราะโครงการควอนตัมจีนนำหน้าโลกไปมากที่ USTC เมือง Hefei มณฑล Anhui ((https://goo.gl/T8gLT9))

 

    ถึงแม้จะยังเป็นเพียงแค่ข่าวก็คงหวั่นไหว ... แน่นอน ... แล้วหากทำได้จริงแล้วล่ะ ?
